Queerly embodied therapy
For folx who color outside the margins
Slowing down and bearing witness to the stories our bodies hold is a radical act of love and liberation.
Let’s do it together.
Hi, I’m Eula Lys (they/them)
Welcome. It's hard to be human right now. You deserve a space that gets you and honors your identities.
I'm trans, nonbinary, and embrace a radical, liberatory lens that celebrates trans, gender expansive, queer, poly, kinky folx, and those in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Create your space
Therapy that celebrates and empowers.
I get how exhausting it can be to find supportive spaces where you have the freedom to let your identity expand and evolve. I welcome folx from queer, trans, kink, poly and activist communities. Together, we co-create a space where you can slow down, tune into your self, and experience authentic change. I use a lens that incorporates somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Therapy that’s liberation oriented
As a trans, non-binary therapist, I hold how systems of oppression and transphobia impact how gender expansive and queer folx feel about our bodies. I honor where you are moment-by-moment and give your body and mind space to feel. I hold space where we can name and acknowledge systems of oppression in our therapy space and talk about the stories and experiences our bodies hold because of them.
Therapy that honors you
I hold a space that is supportive, affirming, and creative. I'm not a therapist who aims to fix you or find solutions. Instead, we create a space where you can learn how to be with your emotions and body sensations, and reconnect to your own inner strength and agency.
Queer embodiment
Whether you’re wanting support navigating gender affirming care, seeking ways to access gender joy, looking for a place to explore your identities, or wanting support navigating dysphoria or being in a gender expansive body during the current political climate, I’m here to support you.
Together, we use a queer lens and a liberatory framework so you can experience your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences from a place of greater safety. Working this way can lead to more awareness and freedom so you can live the life that feels most aligned with your authentic self.
Many folx ask me if they need to be queer to benefit from a radical, queer lens. No! I believe everyone benefits from a queer, radical lens to therapy, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
Honoring your parts
I’ve experienced firsthand the lasting change and healing that occurs when we bear witness to all our internal parts. Using the lens of Internal Family Systems, we slow down together and bear witness to the deep wisdom and stories that our parts are holding.
For folx with marginalized identities, we honor and get to know the parts of us that have kept us safe, helped us navigate trauma and systemic oppression, and the parts that carry intergenerational legacies. And we help these parts feel seen, understood, and held in new ways that lead to better self understanding, deeper trauma healing, and deeper access to new ways of being with ourselves.

T4T Meditations
We all need a space to slow down. Trans and gender expansive folx also deserve a space where they can access meditations unique to their experience and their bodies.
I’ve started a series of T4T meditations created for trans and gender expansive folx. The first meditation recordings are now up on SoundCloud, and I will be uploading more regularly. These meditations are free of charge, and I provide some accessibility options in each recording. Click here to access the SoundCloud page.
