Therapy that’s collaborative and authentic

It’s hard to be human right now. You deserve a space to honor all the emotions you may be experiencing - fear, rage, grief, sadness, numbness. I get it, and I’m here to hold space so that you don’t have to go through these emotions alone. You also deserve a space where you can bring your full self - whether that be your queerness, your transness, your kinkyness, your identities that feel like they have to mask up in other spaces due to ongoing systemic oppression.

I bring my whole self as a therapist and a human into my sessions. We’ll explore your experience - honoring the strategies that have gotten you to where you are, and learning where there’s room for expansion and growth. We’ll work together on finding resources to help you feel supported and grounded, both in session and in your life. We’ll focus on your experience in the here and now, and work together to create new experiences that heal and nourish. We’ll befriend the body, learning to honor the wisdom in your sensations and emotional experience.

Most importantly, you won’t have to go it alone - I’ll be with you each step of the way.

My practice welcomes you, and I look forward to co-creating a space that fits your unique being. I believe therapy should be accessible to all minds and bodies, affirm neurodiversity, sexual and gender diversity in my work, and welcome folx who are part of the kink, BDSM and polyamory community. I welcome your access needs and will work with you to create a space that fits your being.
