Coaching services for an embodied self
Gain clarity on your goals, connect to your body, and develop tools that help you navigate your environment and your emotional world.
I offer coaching to folx across the United States and internationally, and use a lens that is informed by somatics, Internal Family Systems, and liberation-oriented work. Through collaboration, my coaching practice invites you to connect to your full self - whether that be your queerness, your transness, your kinkyness, or your identities that feel like they have to mask up in other spaces due to ongoing systemic oppression.
Coaching services are virtual, and are offered at a full fee scale between $125-$200 per 50-minute session.
